Prior to joining Arbitral, Fernando was head of corporate finance at Credibanco S/A. in São Paulo and later became ABN-Amro’s vice-president in its Miami office. Fernando received his BBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas in 1981 and his Master’s in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management in 1986.

Prior to joining Arbitral, Francisco was a finance director of Fischer Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Brazil with activities in orange juice production and in shipping. He was also a founding partner of Banco Fital, a commercial bank based in Rio de Janeiro. Francisco is an economist.
