Francisco Malzoni: Prior to co-founding Arbitral, Francisco was a finance director of Fischer Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Brazil with activities in orange juice production and in shipping. He was also a founding partner of Banco Fital, a commercial bank based in Rio de Janeiro.


Fernando Leite: Prior to co-founding Arbitral, Fernando was head of corporate finance at Credibanco S/A in São Paulo and later became ABN-Amro's vice-president in its Miami office. Fernando received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil in 1981 and his Master's degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management in 1986.


André Souza: Andre began his career at Arbitral in 2001 as a financial analyst. Prior to rejoining Arbitral in 2009, Andre worked as a Sales Trader at BCP Securities, and as Head of Private Client Services and International Fixed Income Sales at Banif Securities. Mr. Souza holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and he is also a CFA Charterholder.


Rodrigo Menon: Co-founded Beta Independent Advisors in 2004 and joined Arbitral in 2013 when Arbitral acquired Beta. Rodrigo has a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Prior to founding Beta, he worked within Private Banking at Safra Bank. Has a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification and a CGA (Certified ANBIMA Manager).


Antonio Ferraz: Prior to joining Arbitral in 2013, Antonio was based in New York where he was responsible for investing in emerging markets at Samlyn Capital LLC, a long-short equity hedge fund with over US$4.5bn under management. Prior to that, he worked at JPMorgan's Financial Institutions Group within investment banking where he executed over US$11bn in M&A, IPOs and spin-off transactions. His career began at JPMorgan's Private Bank Financial Sponsors Group after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business-Finance from The College of William & Mary, Virginia, USA.


Adriana Pedreschi: Prior to joining Arbitral in 2013, she was executive Director, responsible for structuring and developing the wealth management platforms of three bulge-bracket financial institutions: UBS Bank, ABN AMRO Bank and Credit Lyonnais. She was a managing partner of Latitude and FinPlan, representing them at CVM as an investment consultant. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics at PUC-SP and has the ANBID CPA-20 certification.
